How to Initiate

- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps
- For defective items: we arrange pickup at no cost to you
- For size exchanges: you ship the item back (return shipping charges apply)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund goes back to your original payment method
- For size exchanges: new item shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the return
Shipping Charges on Returns/Exchanges
- Defective/damaged/wrong item: We pay all return shipping — zero cost to you
- Size exchange: Customer pays return shipping charges
What's NOT Returnable
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Sale/discounted items (final sale)
