By using www.olalealea.com ("the Store"), you agree to these terms.

1. General

  • The Store is operated by Ola Le'ale'a, based in India
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are printed on demand — each item is made after you order it
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes (GST)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Prices at the time of order placement are final for that order

3. Orders & Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only — once printing begins, cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel, email olalealea1@gmail.com with your order number immediately after placing the order
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, artwork, graphics, text, logos, and content on this Store are the intellectual property of Ola Le'ale'a or are used with proper authorization
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any design or content from this Store
  • Purchasing a product grants you the right to personal use only — not reproduction or resale
  • Our designs are original creations or properly licensed works
  • Screenshots, downloads, or copies of our designs for any purpose other than personal viewing are prohibited
  • If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact olalealea1@gmail.com with subject "IPR Concern" — we will investigate within 48 hours
  • Repeat infringement of our IP will be pursued under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws

5. User Accounts

  • Account creation is optional — you can checkout as a guest
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Product colors may vary slightly from screen display due to monitor settings

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India
